Tonielle Svee TONIELLE SVEE - SALES EXECUTIVE

Tonielle has 9 years of hands-on experience within various departments with Prom Catering. Her versatility in different roles results in her successful event planning.

WENDY HOLLY - SALES EXECUTIVE

Wendy has worked in all phases of event management. A graduate of the University of New Hampshire, she started her career at a production-consulting firm in San Francisco serving well known corporations such as Oracle, The GAP, and Nintendo. Wendy most recently worked as an executive meeting producer for Marshall Fields. Her experience gives her a strong idea how to satisfy the special needs of corporate clients.

CAROLINA LORENZ - SALES EXECUTIVE
Carolina was born in Mexico City and graduated from “Les Roches” Hotel Management College in Crans-Montana VS, Switzerland. She is a highly-experienced Event Coordinator/Operations Director who has worked and has been educated in France, United States, and Mexico with DMC, MICE & SITE experience.  She has a demonstrated track record for planning and executing plenty of international and high-profile corporate events. Articulate, tri-lingual, and relationship-driven communicator and motivator with exemplary emphasis on quality and customer service excellence.
JULIE SLIPKA - DIRECTOR OF SALES AND MARKETING

Julie is actively involved in various industry associations and organizations. Expanding the off premise catering business for social and corporate is a focused concentration. Julie's background includes positions of coordinating business incentive travel with World Travel & Incentives and sales and marketing for Coca-Cola. Julie works with various venues to ensure pleasing, satisfying results.

The Big Day is here! On-Site management is the cornerstone to creating a
successful event. Prom Catering has a banquet manager on site for each event,
along with a lead banquet server.

LEAH OVERVOLD - CATERING MANAGER

Leah brings 15 years of catering experience to Prom Catering.  She was the Event Manager/Controller for Wolfgang Puck since they opened in March 2005.  Prior to that she was a banquet manager at the Minneapolis golf club at St. Louis Park.

TONY STOFFEL - ASSISTANT CATERING MANAGER
Tony has been in the special events industry professionally since 1995, and in food service since 1987. Prior to coming on board with Prom Catering, he worked as an Event Planner, Senior Project Manager, and Production Manager with the Design Group and as a Production Manager for Allied Audio Services. Tony has an extensive event management background that includes numerous events in Minnesota, Hawaii, Nevada, and international locations. Tony has experience in entertainment booking and management, stage production and operations, event design and logistics, as well as meeting planning and operations.
PATTY BELDE - BANQUET MANAGER

Patty has 15 years of experience managing food service at professional golf tournaments. She also has coordinated food service for multi day fundraising walks and bike rides nationwide. She currently oversees our clubhouse operations and Banquet Facility at Columbia Golf Manor in Minneapolis.

Rebbecca Malcolm RALPH T. CURRIER - QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER

Ralph is licensed by the State of Minnesota in Nutrition.  He is a Certified Food Service Manager and is a member of the National Restaurant Association.  He brings over 20 years of Hospitality Management Training as well as experience in health, safety, and food service quality to Prom.

JOE NAGEL - EXECUTIVE PRODUCTION CHEF
Before coming to Prom, Joe worked for 17 years in food and beverage at a St. Paul Primary Convention hotel property. Joe's specialty is in gourmet presentations and high volume production. Joe's is the executive production chef for on and off premise Twin City catered events and golf tournaments. Joe works with our chefs and leads our culinary team in the interactive presentation buffets and overall displays of the culinary menus.
JAMES "CHUCK" WILCZYK - PRODUCTION CHEF
Chuck came to us most recently from the day-to-day production of Bon Appetite, an institutional food service company that specializes in the production of meals for College Food Services. He worked at Macalaster College, with extensive training in lighter meal production, presentation displays, and gourmet food presentations. Chuck was hired particularly to give us new ideas in the food service industry to help move our Company to newer, more popular food presentations.
