 TOM GIVEN – PRESIDENT |
| Tom is a graduate of St. Thomas University in St. Paul, Minnesota, and is directly responsible for food production, food quality, presentation of menus, and purchasing. He has been in the food and service industry for the last 40 years and has been full time for 35 years. He leads the menu design and on-site production efforts of Prom’s Golf Hospitality services at the Special Event. Tom directly supervises all the chefs, food preparation, “back-of-the-house” food production, and culinary staff. |
 BILL GIVEN – VICE PRESIDENT |
| Bill is a graduate of Cornell University’s prestigious School of Hotel Management, and is directly responsible for sales, service, presentation, and “front-of-the-house” operations. He has been in the food service industry for the last 35 years and has been at it full-time for the last 29 years. He leads our sales executives, service managers, and service departments throughout your event. Bill is responsible for training, scheduling and supervision of all service staff personnel, vendor relations, and our overall presentation of food and beverage at each corporate location. |

| Tonielle has been with Prom Catering for over nine years. She began her career as a Banquet Server, shortly thereafter became the Catering Manager and is currently an Event Designer for The Prom Center and Prom Catering. Tonielle’s expertise makes her a valuable asset in all facets of event planning, bringing great knowledge of the business and an eye for detail. She finds her niche with special events and custom designed occasions providing guests with an original fresh approach to their catering needs. Tonielle also has experience with Prom’s Professional Sports Catering Division where she has assisted in planning, operations and on-site management. |
 WENDY HOLLY – EVENT DESIGNER |
| Wendy has worked in all phases of event management. A graduate of the University of New Hampshire, she started her career at a production-consulting firm in San Francisco serving well-known corporations such as Oracle, The GAP, and Nintendo. Wendy most recently worked as an executive meeting producer for Marshall Fields. Her experience gives her a strong idea how to satisfy the special needs of corporate clients. |

| Amy hails from Denver, Colorado, where her award-winning expertise in event planning and management has been an asset to such clients as Nike, Coca-Cola, Microsoft, Harley-Davidson, The Denver Broncos, The United Way and Hilton Hotels. Her specialty is building strong relationships with clients and effective communication. Amy is an advocate for “going green”, utilizing eco-friendly resources and materials. Amy is also a valuable resource to our clients who have special dietary needs, and her knowledge and creativity creating gluten-free menus is welcome. |

| Lisa has 24 plus years in the industry gaining broad experience in all aspects of Food and Beverage planning and execution. She has held positions as Restaurant Manager, Banquet Manager, and Catering Manager with prestigious firms such as the Minneapolis Golf Club, Radisson, Carlson Companies and Hilton Hotels. Along with business development, Lisa is heavily involved with detailing of events, customized menu construction, and development of relationships with local vendors and venues. |

 TONY STOFFEL – CATERING MANAGER |
| Tony has been in the special events industry professionally since 1995, and in food service since 1987. Prior to coming on board with Prom Catering, he worked as an Event Planner, Senior Project Manager, and Production Manager with the Design Group and as a Production Manager for Allied Audio Services. Tony has an extensive event management background that includes numerous events in Minnesota, Hawaii, Nevada, and international locations. Tony has experience in entertainment booking and management, stage production and operations, event design and logistics, as well as meeting planning and operations. |

 JOE NAGEL – EXECUTIVE PRODUCTION CHEF |
| Before coming to Prom, Joe worked for 17 years in food and beverage at a St. Paul, MN Primary Convention hotel property. Joe’s specialty is in gourmet presentations and high volume production. Joe’s is the executive production chef for on and off premise Twin City catered events and golf tournaments. Joe works with our chefs and leads our culinary team in the interactive presentation buffets and overall displays of the culinary menus. |
